Why we're in love...

So for as long as I can remember, Jason and I have had this running joke. Whenever we agree on something, think the same thought, or find the same things funny one of us will say: "That's why we're in love."

Well last night Jason did something cute that I had to share, that made me think, That's why we're in love.

Jason got off work late and came home around ten. I'd already eaten dinner so he made a box of Mac-n-cheese. When He sat down next to me I realized that the food looked really good so I asked for a bite. Then I realized I wanted some too. I asked if there was more in the pot and he said "yeah, but not that much."

Then without another word, he got up and put the rest in a bowl for me. I looked away for a minute and then I glanced back into the kitchen to see my husband taking some mac-n-cheese out of his bowl, and putting it into mine so I could have a little more. =)

Jason always surprises me when he does the sweetest things without being asked, and that's why we're in love. ♥

Tangled!

Last night we saw Tangled at the cheap theater here in Rexburg, and Oh my Gosh! That movie was HILARIOUS!! Definitely one of my favorite Disney movies now. I really love how Disney is going back to the old school style where there's singing in the movies.

Here's some funny clips I found online, enjoy:

This is from my favorite part...

Not to sound cheezy or anything, but the lyrics to that song make me think of Jason. =)
I love Disney Movies!!

100th post! (Trip To CA)

I just realized that this is my 100th post, and what better to blog about than our trip to California for Eryka's wedding!!

We drove all day Wednesday and made it to CA around 5:30. My family took us to In-n-Out for dinner (its tradition) and then we just relaxed and went to bed EXHAUSTED.

The next day we brought my mom some Panda Express for lunch and then we went to watch Nathan's marching band practice. (That brought back A LOT of memories, especially since I had the same music teacher when I was in middle school ten years ago.)

Friday we got a slow start to the day because we stayed up pretty late watching the breaking news about the tsunami in Japan. (that was CRAZY!) We went out to lunch with my dad and it was heavenly. We went to Joe's Buffet, and those Fairfield-ers out there know why. =) YUM! We picked Nathan up from school, took him to Jamba Juice,
and then played games till dinner.

Saturday was the day of one of my BFF's wedding!!! We drove up to the Sacramento Temple on BEAUTIFUL day, and got to go inside for the sealing. It was so amazing. (I honestly couldn't tell you a word of what was said at mine, I had so much going on in my head!) Very emotional, and like a FOOL I didn't wear waterproof mascara!

Here's some of my favorite pics from the day...
It was such a fun day! I'm so glad we got to be there for such a special day in their lives.

Sunday was a little different. Nathan had a band concert that started at 2 so we didn't make it to church. (Don't judge!) He was REALLY excited that Jason and I would be able to come, and so were we! It was awesome to see. We came home afterwards and
played games, all sorts.

Then Monday came and it was time to say goodbye to blue skies and sunshine and
head back to Rexburg.

So now we're back, and glad to see there's a lot of snow missing from when we left a week ago. Jason got all registered for classes so we're both ready for school to start in a month! (maybe)
