My life isn't that exciting, so I haven't really had much to write about. I'm home from school now, but I'll be going back in a week. My semester went really well I think. It was really hard being away from Jason but I survived. I took a sewing class and it was pretty intense, but I'm glad I learned it. I made a pillow case, pj Pants, a dress shirt (with a collar, puffed sleeves, buttons and button holes!), and a skirt. The shirt was the hardest part and I actually turned it in late because I got sick and fell behind.
My roommates were freakin great, and we had a blast! We had mud fights, made forts in the living room, danced in the rain, had a marshmallo war, and laughed A LOT. So far I've had great roomies two semesters in a row, I hope this next ones the same. =)
Since I've been home I started working for Donna Brown again. If you've never met her, she's the most amazing woman in the world. She has MS and can't move her arms or legs so I work for her a few times a week and help her with things like eating lunch or dinner and I clean up a bit too. Basically, I get paid to chat with her, which is great. She's not a little old granny like people always assume, so we talk about all kinds of things like boys and about the shows we both like to watch. =) Way better than my 4am janitor job up at school.
I've been pretty busy with family stuff like reunions and birthdays but I certainly don't mind. I LOVE being back in California with all the people I love...especially Jason.
We've made some wedding plans that I'll post later...
